Families and loved ones can use our mobile or web app to have video calls with the incarcerated person.
Incarcerated persons are able to use log into their personal dashboard to join video calls with loved ones.
Correctional staff can leverage our security dashboard to verify users, monitors calls, access recorings and much more.
Families and loved ones can download our mobile or web app, easily create an account, and start having video calls!
To register for an account free-world users are prompted to upload proof of identity, which is surfaced on the DOC security dashboard.
Families and loved ones can schedule video calls with our easy to use call scheduling feature.
Correciton staff can use the security dashboard to monitor up to 8 calls simultaneously.
Corrections staff can retrieve recording archives for investigations and track the chain of custody for critical video records.
Corrections staff may review the complete network of interactions in a designated corrections system.
We really wanted to find a platform that would create that extra layer of security. We’ve had video visits from 44 states and 12 different countries. Incarcerated people have something to look forward to with these [free] video visits. I can even see it helping with disciplinary issues internally and potentially shifting our culture.
