Ameelio’s video calling service Connect, is the nation’s first-ever free-to-use prison video calling platform. This product serves three-key user groups: families and loved ones, incarcerated persons, and correctional staff. With Ameelio connect departments can democratize access to family communications.
Ameelio’s electronic messaging keeps families connected without the need for scheduled communications. Incarcerated people can readily access their tablet or kiosk device and send secure messages to authorized contacts in Ameelio’s monitored environment. Ameelio incorporates all necessary security components to support electronic messaging in a way that is trusted by corrections.
Ameelio’s voice calls are more secure, reliable, and cheaper to provide than standard telephony. Compatible with digital tablet and kiosk solutions, Ameelio’s internal voice technology prevents third-party dialing, supports approved calling lists, and is built specifically for the correctional environment.
Ameelio Mail is a mobile app that allow families and loved ones like you to send free photocards, letters, games, puzzles, articles, lyrics, prison food recipes and much more, for free. Our app converts texts, photos, games & news to First Class mail which is then physically delivered to the incarcerated person.
